Description
In this senior individual contributor role, you will support global partnership deals including embedded, resell, and channel arrangements, and provide critical support for the EMEA sales team. You will strategize, draft, and negotiate complex partnership agreements, working closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives while mitigating legal risks.
Requirements
- Partnership and embedded/reseller/channel agreement experience
- Expertise in commercial transactions, particularly enterprise-level SaaS agreements and global sales support
- Solid commercial drafting skills
- Strong negotiation skills with creative and practical solutions
- Strong working knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR
Responsibilities
- Strategize, draft, and negotiate complex partnership agreements (embedded, channel/reseller, referral programs)
- Partner with Partnerships, Sales, Finance and cross-functional teams to structure and review partnership agreements
- Develop and improve templates, playbooks, processes, and knowledge resources around partnership deals
- Serve as additional legal point of contact for EMEA sales (review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements)
- Provide legal training and guidance to Partnership and GTM stakeholders
