Description

You will lead and build out the organization's Industrial acquisition and development efforts in the Georgia and Alabama markets, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and executing Industrial investments. This includes site selection, capital formation for ground-up developments, and acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years in commercial real estate with focus on Industrial acquisitions, development, and capital markets
• Proven experience in land acquisition, value-add, and opportunistic projects
• Expertise in capital markets, financial modeling, and budgeting for Industrial projects
• Strong project management skills with ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Extensive industry network with deep relationships across brokers, investors, contractors

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic plan for Industrial acquisitions and development
• Source, evaluate, and close Industrial deals including negotiations and due diligence
• Structure and secure funding for Industrial projects, manage relationships with capital partners
• Oversee full lifecycle of development projects from land acquisition to stabilization
• Collaborate across departments (legal, finance, construction, asset management) for project execution
