💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team. Your work will help clients maintain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care plans. This role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make visits to clients in their homes
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements for mobility and strength
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
