💼 About This Role

You'll manage office administration for a fulfillment pharmacy, acting as the first point of contact and driving employee engagement and inclusion initiatives. You will own facility operations, budgets, and vendor relationships while fostering a positive workplace culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage internal facility activities, events, and recognition programs within budget
  • Oversee cleaning services, vendors, and office maintenance
  • Monitor and order office supplies, furniture, electronics, and appliances
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the facility

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of office administration experience
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Strong organizational skills
