💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and optimization of complex database systems for mission-critical operations in the DoD. You'll oversee database architecture, performance, and scalability across enterprise environments. This role offers $10k annual training and a 10% 401(k) contribution vested on day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead database design and implementation across multiple projects
• Direct creation of database parser and loading software
• Design and optimize complex database structures aligning with system architecture
• Oversee cloud-based database development using Open Database Connectivity

📋 Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 5 additional years experience)
• Experience with database performance, scalability, and security in large-scale systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced experience with cloud-based and distributed database environments
• Experience with version control, configuration management, and CI/CD integration
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
