💼 About This Role

You'll oversee financial integrity and accounting operations for a construction services company. You'll ensure accurate financial reporting, job costing, and cash flow management. This role offers the chance to drive financial controls in a growing project-based business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure accuracy of general ledger, WIP, AR, AP, payroll, and inventory
• Manage cash inflows and outflows, AR collections, and working capital
• Lead annual budget development and rolling forecasts
• Prepare monthly financial reviews and monitor budget vs. actual

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive finance or accounting leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with job costing and WIP accounting
• Cash flow and working capital management skills

• Construction, plumbing, HVAC, or project-based business experience
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent credential
