💼 About This Role

You'll support calibration and maintenance of measurement instrumentation at a state-of-the-art lentiviral vector development and manufacturing facility. You'll perform routine and non-routine calibrations for GMP-compliant production and laboratory systems, ensuring audit-ready records. This on-site role offers the chance to troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate external service providers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and oversee external calibration service providers.
• Perform routine and non-routine calibration of GMP and non-GMP instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot calibration failures and instrumentation performance issues.
• Document work in CMMS system in compliance with cGMP requirements.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of instrument technician experience, or Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with specialized instrumentation such as RTDs, thermocouples, gas sensors, and load cells.
• Experience in a GMP biopharmaceutical or cell and gene therapy manufacturing facility.

• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and industry standards.
• Experience with Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager CMMS.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical drawings, and schematics.
