🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job openings
• Conduct interviews using modern assessment approaches
• Work with ATS (BreezyHR) and analytics dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience in IT environment and IT hiring specifics
• Knowledge of market and industry trends
• Intermediate+ English level
