📋 Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Computer Science, AI, ML, or NLP
• 10+ years in AI/ML research with 4+ years on LLMs in production
• Deep expertise across complete AI model lifecycle (pre-training to deployment)
• Hands-on experience with DeepSpeed, FSDP, or Megatron-LM
