You'll negotiate lease agreements with landowners for renewable energy projects in Bowie and Cass Counties, Texas, and Miller County, Arkansas. Your work secures land rights and prepares for renewable energy development in the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish contact with landowners across multiple counties/states.
• Negotiate surface/sub-surface leases on behalf of clients.
• Provide daily updates to internal database for project managers.
• Prepare Lease Purchase Reports with executed agreements.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in lease negotiations or property sales.
• Active AAPL membership required.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive).
• Significant travel required within project areas.

• Oil and gas, energy, or renewable energy negotiation experience.
• Local residency to project areas.
