You'll manage and follow up on tickets related to refunds, payment receipts, deposits, and payment confirmations. You'll supervise and resolve customer service tickets while controlling refunds and confirming payments to suppliers. You'll ensure efficient bank claim management and document all refund processes accurately.

📋 Requirements

• University student in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related
• 1 year experience in treasury, accounting or finance
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Banking platform management knowledge
