Description

You will provide 1:1 care to clients in a behavioral health setting in the Wyomissing area, following designated care plans and administering medications and treatments. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to clinical manager
• Perform client assessments and case management coordination
• Document observations and interventions using electronic medical records
