You'll own the Americas travel program, driving strategy, operations, and optimization for corporate travel across the region. You'll partner with Finance, HR, and Security to ensure a cost-effective and employee-centric travel experience. This hybrid role in Austin offers the chance to shape global travel policy and vendor relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Americas travel program strategy and governance
• Oversee supplier and vendor relationships with TMC, airlines, hotels
• Drive cost optimization and compliance tracking
• Support traveler experience and duty of care obligations

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in corporate travel or T&E management
• Multi-country travel program experience, ideally across Americas
• Vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
• Knowledge of regional travel regulations, especially LATAM

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Navan, Concur, NetSuite, Brex, Amex, Google Sheets
• Process development and documentation skills
