💼 About This Role

You'll ensure our fleet of autonomous drones is airworthy and ready for deployment at a moment's notice. You'll manage the validation lab and support engineers during field campaigns to deliver mission-critical systems to allied forces. This role operates in a demanding environment where rigor and execution are expected.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform drone fleet maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Pilot drones during test campaigns as safety operator
• Manage inventory of spare parts, batteries, and equipment
• Execute standard test protocols and report results

📋 Requirements

• Technical degree or relevant experience in electronics or mechanics
• Excellent manual dexterity for soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly
• Drone piloting experience with multi-rotor or fixed-wing UAVs
• Willingness to travel for field testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Drone certification is a massive plus
• Experience with RC modeling
• Experience in a validation lab environment
