💼 About This Role

You'll own pieces of long-range planning, the Annual Operating Plan, and reforecasting as a true finance business partner. You'll build driver-based models and dashboards that turn data into decisions, directly supporting executives. This role offers high exposure and the chance to fight fraud at a growing public SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own pieces of long-range planning, AOP, and reforecasting.
• Build and maintain driver-based forecasting models.
• Create dashboards and management reporting for self-service visibility.
• Drive performance reviews with business leaders to adapt plans.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar analytical role.
• Direct FP&A experience at a public SaaS or software company.
• Ownership of meaningful parts of AOP and LRP cycles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with implementation and system design of Adaptive (Workday).
• Excel fluency beyond basics (dynamic arrays, Power Query, etc.).
• Experience modeling compensation plans, headcount growth, vendor spend.
