You'll lead all Finance and Accounting functions as the CEO's key strategic partner in a fast-scaling global business. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all Finance and Accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Partner with CEO to set company strategy and align executive team
• Build scalable financial systems and controls for global growth
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital allocation

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership in consumer goods or retail
• Proven track record as CFO in a fast-scaling global multi-channel business
• Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation
• Investor relations and Board communication experience

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Business development or M&A experience
• Deal evaluation or integration planning experience
