Description

You'll design and develop scalable, secure, cloud-native backend services for the Provider Servicing team, leveraging AI-powered tools to build integrations that improve provider experiences and process claims efficiently. You'll lead and mentor engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive platform evolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years as a Backend Engineer
• Strong proficiency in Java Spring Cloud and microservices architecture
• Regular use of AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Extensive experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS/GCP preferred)
• Hands-on experience with data architecture, SQL/PostgreSQL, and data-intensive services

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure backend services for Provider Servicing
• Lead backend development across Java/Spring Cloud and integration platforms
• Utilize AI-powered developer tools and contribute to AI adoption
