🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training
• Manage controllable costs and execute schedules
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• Deliver fast, accurate, and memorable guest experiences

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a restaurant management/supervisory role
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification
• Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Experience in fast casual restaurant chains
