💼 About This Role

You'll provide psychotherapy and medication management to patients in a primarily telehealth environment. You'll collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, human-centered care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Maintain a weekly average of 50 patient sessions.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Valid Massachusetts RN and APRN/CRNP licenses.
• Active DEA license in good standing.
• PMHNP-BC certification.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ year post-licensure experience in psychotherapy.
• Outpatient setting experience.
• Telehealth/telemedicine experience.
