💼 About This Role

You'll join Thiga to help corporates and scale-ups transition to a Product-oriented organization by diagnosing maturity, defining strategy, and coaching teams. You'll work on high-impact transformation programs for leaders in luxury, logistics, and e-commerce. This role offers structured onboarding and continuous learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose product maturity using frameworks like POMA.
• Facilitate vision and initiative building (OKRs, pyramid vision).
• Coach and train teams throughout missions.
• Co-pilot transformation programs with clients.

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years of consulting experience with measurable impact.
• Experience in Product Organization setup or transformation programs.
• Mastery of interview and workshop facilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in Generative AI for daily workflow.

• Experience in Change Management or Agile at Scale.
• Previous involvement in digital transformation at a corporate or scaleup.
