You'll process medical record requests in a high-volume production environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA. Your work will directly support patient data access and healthcare data collaboration at a leading health data platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and process requests for patient health information
• Prepare new patient charts from paper and electronic sources
• Create digital images of paperwork for electronic medical records
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with administrative duties

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency with data entry skills
• Ability to commute between locations as needed
• Must meet productivity expectations in a high-volume environment
