You'll join CIM Group as a Maintenance Technician ensuring apartment units and facilities are maintained to high standards. You'll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues while performing preventive maintenance. This role offers hands-on work in a community-focused real estate company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to tenant work orders within 24 hours and document completions.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Prepare vacant units for rental (make-ready).

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• 1-3 years facility maintenance or mechanical repair experience

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Pool certification
• MS Office proficiency
