You'll provide reactive and preventative maintenance for commercial espresso and coffee systems in a field-based role. Your work ensures customer satisfaction through timely repairs and safety compliance. This role offers a $1,500 signing bonus and quarterly performance bonuses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, and water systems in assigned territory.
• Maintain customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional service.
• Meet SLA requirements with thorough inspections and timely maintenance.
• Complete accurate paperwork for all service visits.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year servicing equipment, including electrical and water testing.
• 1+ year customer-facing or customer-service experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with espresso or coffee equipment repair.
• Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and inventory tasks.
• Background in HVAC, plumbing, or field service.
