💼 About This Role

You'll lead reset and remodel projects as the Manager on Duty, ensuring accurate schedule completion and customer satisfaction. You'll work nights, managing a team and utilizing Plan-O-Grams and schematics to complete all projects in one shift. Teamwork and relationship building are key to success in this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Function as Manager on Duty, assuring proper staffing and prioritization.
• Utilize outside people resources to support ongoing projects.
• Monitor project results to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand and apply Plan-O-Grams, schematics, and documents.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2-5 years in a service industry with supervisory or leadership experience
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and DMV check may be required
