💼 About This Role

You'll serve as an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist supporting the FBI's discovery policies and procedures. You'll help improve litigation support and electronic discovery applications for a government contracting firm. This role requires a Top Secret clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation
• Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches before release
• Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, and producing ESI
• Monitor daily separation reports for legal hold custodians

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3 years of progressive responsible litigation support experience
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Top Secret clearance preferred
• BS/BA degree or equivalent (JD highly preferred)
