You'll design and build production platforms powering new AI products for clinical decision support. Your work will directly improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce clinician burnout at a fast-paced health tech startup. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build development and production platforms for new products.
• Own end-to-end development of new generative AI features and experiences.
• Partner with researchers and engineers to bring new features to users.
• Accelerate engineering productivity with excellent tooling and systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience in product-driven companies.
• Experience with TypeScript/React on frontend and Python on backend.
• Experience designing and scaling production systems for new capabilities.
• Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in startup environments as a founder or early-stage engineer.
• Familiarity with healthcare, EHR, HIPAA & other regulatory structures.
