You'll drive NVMe over Fabrics and Fibre Channel performance and reliability, solving complex kernel-level challenges. This role offers the chance to influence the global Linux upstream community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the development and maintenance of Linux/VMWare initiator stacks
• Architect enhancements for Fibre Channel and NIC driver stacks
• Guide a team of engineers through complex project deliveries
• Act as escalation point for challenging system-level bugs

📋 Requirements

• Proven expertise in Linux kernel development and device drivers
• Deep technical command of NVMe or SCSI storage protocols
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering projects
• Expert-level debugging skills for complex system/kernel issues
