Description

You will provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients via video or in-person, using short-term evidence-based therapies like CBT or DBT for adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns. You will build a caseload offering both virtual and in-person options, working in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Requirements

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD
• Master's degree or higher in relevant field
• 1+ year post-license clinical experience
• 2+ years experience in CBT, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT, or PE
• Own commercial office space in Greater Philadelphia area

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy using short-term evidence-based therapies
• Treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, etc.
• Deliver culturally responsive care
• Maintain therapeutic alliance and use feedback-informed care
• See clients both virtually and in-person
