You'll measure product impact across business and feature metrics, and investigate user behavior through cohort analysis. You'll track A/B experiments and provide clear data-backed recommendations to product managers. You'll own conversion and drop-off metrics, communicating findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Measure feature impact across L0, L1, and L2 metrics post-launch
• Track and analyze A/B experiments and recommend kill or scale
• Ensure data tagging and instrumentation readiness before feature launches
• Monitor conversion, TAT, and drop-off metrics proactively

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in SQL for extracting and aggregating data independently
• Comfortable with Python (pandas, numpy) for data cleaning and cohort analysis
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookup/index-match
• Ability to translate data into a clear point of view for non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to fintech, lending, or BFSI products
• Experience with competitive benchmarking or market-sizing
• Understanding of product event instrumentation and data tagging
