Description

You'll lead an IT program for a federal client, managing relationships, project financials, and a team delivering AI/ML solutions. You'll drive agile processes and business process improvements to support mission-critical systems.

Requirements

• Top-Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years IT Project Management experience, focus on agile
• 3+ years specialized in business process analysis and change management
• PMP certification and experience with AI/ML programs

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships with government leadership
• Define and manage project management processes and improvement initiatives
• Manage project financials, contracts, invoicing, and budget variances
• Lead and prioritize team tasking, remove roadblocks, and evaluate scope changes
• Collect and translate business requirements into technical requirements
