You'll join a 9-12 month residency program designed to launch your career in child and adolescent mental health. Under expert mentorship, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric care in a hybrid in-person and telehealth model, preparing you for a senior role upon completion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and create personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on integrated care
• Provide patient and family education and consultation
• Participate in weekly supervisory and team clinical meetings

📋 Requirements

• Recent graduate of a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
• Eligibility for Virginia PMHNP licensure
• Must be mission-driven and passionate about youth mental health
