🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily compensation and settlement across payment rails
• Certify regulatory reports to Superintendencia Financiera
• Publish operational control dashboard tracking key metrics
• Design and deploy automations for reconciliations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in bank operations within Colombian financial system
• Expertise in ACH compensation (Integra) and card networks (MasterCard)
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Experience with regulatory reporting to Colombian authorities (SFC)
