💼 About This Role

You'll execute Away's QA/QC vision across suppliers in Asia, focusing on inspections, testing, and quality reporting. You will oversee incoming materials, in-process reviews, and final inspections to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct inspections on incoming materials, semi-finished, and finished goods at supplier factories
• Record inspection data and summarize non-conforming products per SOP
• Lead factory assessments and establish QC procedures for pre-production, in-process, and final inspections
• Drive corrective actions with suppliers to solve quality issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in handbags, backpacks, or luggage industry
• Experience with raw materials and finished goods testing
• Knowledge of incoming material inspection, in-line inspection, and finished goods inspection
• Basic English proficiency (written and verbal)

• Experience with Google Suite and data entry
• Willingness to travel throughout Asia and Phnom Penh area
