Description

You will lead European congress strategy and advisory board operations for Revolution Medicines' oncology pipeline, driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders to ensure impactful scientific engagement and compliance.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD or equivalent in life sciences)
• 12+ years experience in Medical Affairs within biotech/pharma
• 5+ years in global congress strategy and operations
• Experience leading global oncology congresses and advisory boards across U.S., EU, and APAC regions
• Strong understanding of oncology therapeutic landscape, particularly pancreatic, NSCLC, and colorectal cancer

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of comprehensive European congress strategy for Medical Affairs across oncology therapeutic areas
• Drive alignment on strategic objectives, scientific messaging, and cross-functional engagement plans
• Ensure high-quality, compliant execution of congress activities including medical booths, symposia, and satellite events
• Lead Medical Affairs advisory board strategy and operations for the European region
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to congresses and advisory board activities
