You'll lead a team of technicians in mechanical assembly of rocket structures, ensuring high quality and production schedules for barrels, domes, and thrust hardware. You'll drive process improvements and maintain accountability. This role offers hands-on impact on a next-gen reusable rocket.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute production schedules for structural assemblies
• Establish and enforce process standards for quality
• Mentor technicians via feedback and performance reviews
• Communicate progress and blockers to management

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years aerospace manufacturing leadership at supervisor level
• 3+ years structural assembly with drilling, hilok, bonding
• 3+ years rigging and crane operations as lift director
• Experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production)
