Description

You will lead 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing programs for North America Enterprise and Upper Mid Market segments, driving pipeline generation and progression through hyper-personalized campaigns. Collaborate closely with sales to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with 2+ years in enterprise ABM
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus)
  • Proven success with 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns influencing pipeline generation and progression
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation (Marketo or HubSpot)
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategy for Upper Mid Market and Enterprise accounts
  • Select and prioritize target accounts using firmographics, intent data, and sales insights
  • Create personalized campaigns spanning the buyer journey from awareness to close
  • Align with enterprise AEs and SDRs to synchronize campaigns with sales plays
  • Track and report on KPIs including account engagement, pipeline creation, and influenced revenue
