🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build pipeline of insurance carriers, brokers, and HR tech partners.
  • Conduct outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
  • Lead discovery calls to uncover enrollment and administration pain points.
  • Present tailored solutions that simplify implementation and improve employee experience.

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1-2+ years in inside sales, business development, or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Employee Navigator, bswift, UKG, or ADP (preferred).
