You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and ensure store operations run smoothly while meeting sales targets. This role offers a chance to combine your fandom knowledge with retail leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Open and close the store as needed
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
