๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll be Zefir's first dedicated People hire, building the HR function from scratch at a fast-growing proptech scale-up. You'll own performance management, legal compliance, and manager enablement as we scale to 200+ FTEs. This role offers direct exposure to founders and a clear path to Head of People.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design onboarding, performance review cycles, and L&D frameworks
  • Handle legal matters including PIPs, terminations, and CSE relations
  • Partner with managers to reduce founders' exposure to people decisions
  • Manage people ops including payroll coordination and HRIS accuracy

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“7 years of HR experience
  • Deep expertise in French labour law (PIPs, litigious situations, CSE)
  • Designing People processes from scratch
  • Fluency in French (native) and professional English

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HRIS tools like Lucca or Payfit
  • AI-augmented workflow skills (MCP, Lovable)
  • Data-driven approach to People metrics
