💼 About This Role

You'll lead delivery teams for APAC energy clients, working closely with technical and operational stakeholders. You'll drive complex problem-solving to turn client needs into amazing outcomes using Kraken's energy platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce well-articulated written documentation for clients and internal teams
• Facilitate and drive conversations to identify root causes and solutions
• Take a hands-on approach to verifying, testing, and demonstrating Kraken functionality
• Use tools like SQL and Kraken APIs to find answers in the finer details

📋 Requirements

• Experience in the Australian energy sector or SaaS providers
• Experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex ideas
• Ability to work in the Melbourne office 3 days per week minimum
