Description

You will work with the production team to advance each show at your assigned venue, ensuring the artist contract is fulfilled while managing the show budget. You'll oversee event staff, manage guest lists, and balance show settlements with the accounting team.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in related field
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Previous production experience including scheduling, managing staff, and payroll
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Review artist contracts for production, merchandise, ticketing, and rider requirements and ensure fulfillment
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule event staff including ticket takers, merchandise sellers, and box office staff
• Manage backstage area and ensure artist hospitality needs are met
• Negotiate vendor contracts for artist hospitality and maintain vendor relationships
• Work with accounting team to settle shows and manage box office and merchandise sales reporting
