🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats.
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless color match.
• Perform paint correction and defect removal.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age 18.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime.

• ASE certification in paint/refinish.
• Experience with waterborne paint systems.
• Previous work in high-volume reconditioning center.
