🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and develop hourly staff including Shift Leaders and Crew
• Lead service components focusing on food quality and customer service
• Manage inventory audits to maintain proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops and recognition programs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thursday through Sunday
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and an ATS
• Benevolent leadership style with player-coach mentality

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens
• Experience in a high-volume food service environment
