๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll build Venn's marketing from the ground up as the first marketing hire, defining the brand identity and product narrative for a fast-growing B2B fintech in Canada. You'll drive product launches and sales enablement, while partnering closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and Design. This hands-on role offers the chance to shape how a disruptor in business banking shows up in the market.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve Venn's brand voice and positioning
  • Own end-to-end product marketing including launches and sales enablement
  • Translate complex financial products into simple, credible stories
  • Own events and field marketing to deepen customer relationships

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with at least 3+ years managing a team in high-growth B2B, SaaS, or fintech
  • Proven track record of positioning and launching complex B2B products
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional editorial judgment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales
