Requirements

• 8+ years of professional apparel design experience
• Mastery of knit construction
• Strong commercial instinct and exceptional taste level
• Ability to balance innovation with business performance
• Experience managing cross-functional relationships

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP Design to develop and execute knitwear creative vision
• Own design, fit and execution for knitwear business driving creative and commercial results
• Analyze global marketplace trends and synthesize into brand-relevant strategy
• Lead identification of key silhouettes and innovative sustainable fabrics
• Oversee entire design process ensuring quality and flawless execution
