💼 About This Role

You'll create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for customers at our King Street studio, assisting with ear piercings and product recommendations. You'll drive sales through engaging customer interactions and uphold Rowan's high cleanliness and safety standards. Weekend availability is required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and help book appointments using POS systems.
• Assist customers in choosing and styling piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and restock supplies and displays.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain customer records.

📋 Requirements

• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
