You'll lead Securiti AI's sales organization in the US Central region, driving revenue growth for data and AI security solutions. You'll develop sales strategies, mentor teams, and engage C-level executives at major accounts. This role offers the opportunity to scale a high-growth portfolio within a market-leading data resilience company.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the US Central region
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization
- Drive enterprise sales cycles engaging C-level executives at major accounts
- Establish strategic relationships with key technology partners and system integrators
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on go-to-market strategies
π Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- At least 8 years in senior sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS sales
- Experience selling complex technical solutions in security, privacy, or compliance

- Previous success selling to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries
- Track record of building strategic partnerships with major consulting firms
- Experience with modern sales methodologies and tools (Salesforce, MEDDIC)
