You'll drive global merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships for Paidy and PayPal in Japan. You'll identify core challenges for global merchants and craft win-win payment solutions, supporting onboarding and revenue growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospecting and proposal-based sales to global merchants
• Supporting onboarding of global merchants and resolving issues
• Building and managing sales pipeline to achieve targets
• Negotiating B2B contracts and maintaining stakeholder communication

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge
• 10+ years of sales experience with track record of building new business
• Business level English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Problem-solving through hypothesis setting and solution development
