You'll drive strategic operational projects within Alan's vertically integrated health platform. Your core impact will be industrializing processes to scale insurance and healthcare delivery across multiple countries. This role offers ownership of end-to-end initiatives from launch to daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define Ops strategic vision and drive company-level alignment
• Launch and implement new insurance products or health services
• Monitor and scale daily operational workflows
• Coach and mentor team members to foster growth

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
• Fluent in English and Spanish/French/Dutch
• SQL fluency for data analysis
• Ability to build automations using Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
