Description

You will lead and define Clear Street's client tax support function, designing digital-first, scalable experiences for institutional and retail clients. This foundational role requires exceptional client service instincts and a focus on building self-service resources and tooling embedded within the client platform.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of how clients engage with tax concepts, documentation, and reporting
• Strong preference for experience supporting retail clients within a broker-dealer environment
• Ability to design scalable, client-centric tax support approaches
• Knowledge of tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN/E, W-8IMY) and FATCA/CRS/QI requirements
• Exceptional client service instincts and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client tax support operations for institutional and retail clients
• Provide timely, accurate responses to tax form, documentation, withholding, and reporting questions
• Serve as escalation point for complex tax form review and documentation issues
• Drive continuous improvement in client satisfaction, response quality, and turnaround times
• Define and execute vision for digital-first client tax support, including dashboards, self-service resources, and in-platform messaging
